Each bale of hay net is provided with a black plastic tube as the central wrap. This core support is essential for maintaining the structural integrity of the bale during handling and transit. The plastic tube ensures that the netting remains tightly wound, preventing any deformation or damage.

Reinforced Seals
To further enhance the protection, we reinforce the seals at both ends of each bale. These reinforced seals prevent the packaging from opening or tearing during transit, providing an additional layer of security. This careful sealing process ensures that each bale is delivered to you in pristine condition.

Palletization Options
For maximum durability and moisture resistance, we offer plastic pallets for shipping your bale netting. Plastic pallets are ideal for environments where moisture exposure is a concern, such as sea freight. They are also easy to clean and sanitize, ensuring that your products remain hygienic throughout the transportation process.
Alternatively, we offer fumigation-free wooden pallets. These pallets comply with international shipping regulations, eliminating the need for chemical fumigation. Fumigation-free pallets are an eco-friendly option that ensures compliance with global phytosanitary standards, making them suitable for destinations with stringent import regulations.

Securing the Pallets
Your bale netting rolls are carefully stacked on pallets to ensure stability during transit. We use high-tensile strapping and stretch wrapping to bind the rolls tightly together. This process prevents movement and shifting, reducing the risk of damage.

Before your bale netting is dispatched, we conduct a final inspection of the packaging.
All packaging materials are intact and securely fastened.
Moisture-resistant wraps and protective coverings are properly sealed to prevent water ingress.
Palletized stacks are stable and strapped securely.
Labels are correctly placed and clearly visible, and all documentation is complete and attached.
